For experiences available for direct booking, customers may select the desired option, provide the requested information, and complete payment through the website.

For customized experiences, interested customers must contact Poli Cucina through the website contact form or via WhatsApp. Poli Cucina may provide a proposal including, among other details, the format, date, location, number of participants, price, and specific conditions.

The booking will be considered confirmed once the proposal has been accepted and payment has been made in accordance with the terms presented.

5. Prices and Payments

The applicable prices will be those displayed at the time of booking or stated in the customized proposal accepted by the customer.

Available payment methods may include:

Payments made through the website will be processed through Wix Payments and/or the respective financial partners. Payment approval is subject to the rules and procedures of the institution responsible for processing the transaction.

6. Confirmation and Provision of Services

As Poli Cucina primarily offers in-person experiences, no physical delivery is involved.

After payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive, via the email address provided and/or another communication channel indicated during the booking process, the booking details and any instructions required for participation.

The service will be provided on the date, at the time, and at the location indicated on the experience page or specified in the customized proposal.

7. Dietary Information and Participation

When necessary, Poli Cucina may request information regarding dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies in order to organize the experience and take reasonable precautions.

Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding such conditions before the experience takes place.
